Através desse blog, eu pretendo inspirar e me conectar com pessoas como você de uma forma autêntica e descontraída.

Esse blog é, do fundo do meu coração, um lugar onde eu aspiro compartilhar e celebrar a cultura brasileira. I talk a lot about wellness here. While style and makeup can be wonderful forms of self-expression, I believe they’re not enough if we don’t nurture our body, mind, and spirit. That’s why I write very often about topics like exercise, meals, and mental health.
